Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders to the United States arrive within 7 to 14 business days after purchase. During the busy holiday season, carriers can take a little longer.

🎄 Christmas delivery: To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to show its first update.

Multiple Packages

Bundle orders may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Shipping Protection

You can add Shipping Protection to your order. If a protected package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll reship it free of charge.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll update it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs fees, duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
